Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to everyone who accesses our website, the SuperhostOS application, our APIs, or any service operated by Comfort Curators Private Limited. Using our services means you agree to these rules alongside our Terms of Use.

2. You must not

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Break the law, infringe intellectual-property rights, or violate the privacy of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data, or probe, scan or test our security without written permission.
• Introduce malware, or disrupt the service through denial-of-service, excessive automated requests, or scraping outside documented APIs.
• Upload unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or fraudulent content, or impersonate any person or entity.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the service or the intelligences in ways that harm other users or the platform.

3. Fair use of AI features

SuperhostOS includes AI assistants. Do not use them to generate unlawful content, to attempt to extract other customers' data, or to circumvent usage limits. We may rate-limit or suspend automated abuse to keep the service available for everyone.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches and, where necessary, restrict, suspend or terminate access. Serious abuse may be reported to the relevant authorities. Report violations to abuse@comfortcurators.in.
