The comfortcurator.com website, the SuperhostOS software, and their text, design, code, photography and brand marks are owned by Comfort Curators Private Limited or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute them without permission, except as allowed by law or an explicit licence.

2. Reporting infringement

If you believe content on our services infringes your copyright, send a notice to copyright@comfortcurators.in (you may also copy legal@comfortcurators.in) that includes:

• Your contact details and, if acting for a rights-holder, your authority to do so.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
• The exact URL or location of the material you want removed.
• A statement, in good faith, that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information is accurate, and your electronic or physical signature.

3. Our response

On receiving a valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material and notify the person who posted it. Repeat infringers may have their access terminated.

4. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to copyright@comfortcurators.in with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a good-faith statement to that effect. We will consider it in line with applicable law.
