Comfort Curators delivers hospitality services and digital software. We ship no physical goods.
1. No physical goods
Comfort Curators Private Limited provides curated stays, property management and the SuperhostOS software platform. We do not sell or ship physical products. There are no shipping charges, carriers, tracking numbers or delivery timelines because nothing is physically shipped.
2. Digital delivery
Access to SuperhostOS and any digital materials is delivered electronically. On successful sign-up or purchase, access is provisioned to your account immediately, or within a few minutes, and confirmed by email to the address on your account.
3. Service delivery
Stay bookings and management services are delivered per the confirmation and schedule agreed with you. If you do not receive access to a digital service you have paid for, contact support@comfortcurators.in and we will resolve it promptly.
