SuperhostOS uses artificial intelligence to help hosts. Here is where AI is involved, what it does, and where a human stays in charge.
1. Where we use AI
SuperhostOS includes AI assistants — collectively the Curator — that help with drafting guest messages, summarising and organising information, answering operator questions, suggesting marketplace items, and running numerical and research tasks. Some features use third-party and open models running on our infrastructure.
2. What AI does and doesn't decide
AI in SuperhostOS assists; it does not have final authority over your business. You review and approve consequential actions. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, so treat suggestions as a starting point, not professional, legal, financial or tax advice.
3. Your data and AI
We send only the data needed for a feature to work, and we do not sell your data. Content you share with the assistants may be processed by our model providers solely to deliver the response. We do not use your private content to train third-party public models. See our Privacy Policy for how personal data is handled.
4. Human oversight & feedback
A person is always able to review, correct or override AI output. If an AI feature produces something inaccurate or inappropriate, tell us at support@comfortcurators.in so we can improve it. You can choose not to use the AI features and still operate SuperhostOS.
