The roadmap so far — an honest account
What is live, what is early, what is next, and why a feature that cannot run where you are standing is not evidence.
Never claim more than runs
A capability is either working in the stated environment or it should be labelled otherwise. That sounds obvious, but it is one of the easiest disciplines for a fast-moving product to lose.
The current product therefore separates live, early and next. The distinction is part of the product story, not an asterisk underneath it.
What is live
The Curator can work with a real portfolio and supported actions. Airbnb calendar import, the marketplace and orders, the master calendar, and photo and voice input are live. Turnover photo review remains advisory and keeps a person in the sign-off loop.
What is not finished
Learning the shape of how each operator works is early. Opening the runtime beyond Comfort Curators’ own operating fleet is next. Some capabilities can also depend on the environment in which the product is running, and the correct behaviour there is to say so.
Where the roadmap points
The direction is not a longer list of features for its own sake. The standard is a system that becomes less wasteful, stays accountable to evidence, and remains legible about what it can and cannot do.
